Terms of Service

Tee times are booked and paid for online in advance. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been taken and you receive a confirmation. You may hold up to 3 upcoming tee times per account.

• Cancel or move a booking more than 24 hours before your tee time for a full refund.
• Within 24 hours we issue account credit rather than a refund.
• Account credit expires 60 days after it is issued.
• If we close the course (weather, maintenance, safety), you get a full refund or credit — your choice.

This is a self-serve course. Please arrive shortly before your tee time, check in through the app, keep to your booked start, and follow the course rules and etiquette. Maximum 4 players per group. We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or damaging the course to leave without a refund.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You can download or delete your data at any time from Account & privacy.

We use essential cookies and local storage only, to keep you signed in and remember your booking. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.

You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
